Emmett Phair Construction was formed as Phair Construction in 1979. In 2001, Scott Emmett took over daily operations. Since then, we have been developing, renovating and designing commercial environments of all project types. From renovation work of a 120 year old church, to building new surgery centers, Emmett Phair Construction has done it all.

SCOTT EMMETT
Starting out as a working superintendent at what was then called Phair Construction in 1998, Scott Emmett has built and renovated hundreds of commercial projects over the years. Early in his career at Phair Construction, he physically built the projects from start to finish. Many years later, Scott no longer packs sheets of drywall but is still involved in every project from concept to completion. A dental office design and construction expert; Scott has spoken at the Oregon Dental Convention, A-Dec, to pediatric dental students at OHSU and many other dental related associations and industry groups.

TARA CANTRELL

Tara has been creating cutting edge and functional interior solutions for over 10 years. As the lead interior project manager and interior designer, she works in close liaison with the construction team to ensure that the design is fully realized and quality is maintained. Her attention to detail and aptitude for problem solving have contributed to the success of the design build process.
